Words they use that almost nobody else in the index does

elyzia1hourly6melit1hauso1lizard31misc86abstract91zine747gallery359neighbour68constance19tulip25blini2page2228

Single words from their own pages, weighted by how rare each is across the 4,473 sites in the index. The small number is how many sites in the index use the word at all. Never a line of the writing.

Why it ranks on Longhand Featured

ranked here because: unfound by the big engines · essays, stories, or poems · no optimization at all · vouched by 3 other writers

How the machine sees this site

  • Not in the top million domains. No big engine has ranked it for anything.
  • The copyright line names a person, not a company.
  • No trackers. Nobody is counting the readers.
  • No description written for search engines and no schema. Nothing on the page was built to be found.

Why search does not surface this site, and why that is the machine's problem.

Readers

Hearts show once a writer reaches three. No account, no cookie.

Every figure on this page was measured from the site itself and says where it came from. Nothing is quoted from the writing and nothing is written by a model. Something wrong? One email corrects it: hello@longhandalmanac.com. Want out of the index? Same address, or two lines in your robots.txt (how), and this page is gone the next morning.
